摘要
以MQ7080型单臂架门座起重机为例,对大柔度臂架结构进行受力分析及结构计算,运用有限元软件进行几何非线性分析,校验结构分析的正确性;推导出变截面格构式构件侧向位移计算公式,对比分析得出大柔度臂架在臂中设置变幅滑轮的必要性;采用2种臂中约束边界条件设定方式,比较得出该种结构的约束处理方式。
Taking MQ7080 single boom portal crane as an example,the stress analysis and structural calculation of the boom structure with large flexibility are carried out.The finite element is applied for geometrical non-linear analysis to verify the correctness of structural analysis;The calculation formula of the lateral displacement of the variable section lattice members is derived,and the comparative analysis shows the necessity of setting the luffing pulley for the large flexibility boom;Two kinds of setting methods of constraint boundary conditions in the boom are adopted,and the constraint processing methods of the structure are compared.
