摘要
鉴于智慧港口"人-机-物"高度密集、自动化信息化要求较高和信息物理融合需求强的特性,结合客货滚装智慧港口的规划、建设与运维,开展客货滚装港口数字孪生智慧运行模式研究。提出客货滚装港口数字孪生的系统组成及其运行机制;制定客货滚装数字孪生港口的系统架构。该架构融入BIM技术,能够利用BIM的信息模型、模型应用与业务流程信息管理的全寿命周期管控特点,实现港口数字化和智能化运作;给出客货滚装数字孪生港口智能决策的方案,实现安检计重、船舶配载和票务的三位一体智能管控,能够为客货滚装智慧港口建设及其系统开发提供参考。
Based on the high density of"man-machine-things"in the intelligent port,high requirements for automation and information,and strong demand for information physical integration,combined with the planning,construction and operation and maintenance of passenger-cargo RORO intelligent port,the research on the digital twin intelligent operation mode of the passenger-cargo RORO port is carried out.The system composition and operation mechanism of the digital twin port of the passenger-cargo RORO are put forward,and the system structure are formulated.This structure integrates BIM technology,which can make use of the full life cycle management characteristics of BIM’s information model,application and business process information management to realize digital and intelligent operation of the port.Besides,the scheme of intelligent decision-making for the digital twin port of passenger-cargo RORO is given,which can realize the trinity intelligent control of security check and weight calculation,ship loading and ticketing.It can provide reference for the construction and system development of the intelligent port of passenger-cargo RORO.
