泰国汉语教师志愿者的心理状态与职业倦怠调查

摘要 随着“一带一路”倡议的深化,国际汉语教育需求不断增长,对汉语教师志愿者的教学工作提出了更高的要求。汉语教师志愿者作为国际汉语教育传播的骨干,既面临文化适应、语言障碍等问题,同时也要应对孔子学院/课堂多方面的工作压力,这一群体的心理健康和职业倦怠关系着孔子学院教学项目的可持续发展。文章以2018年赴泰国的汉语教师志愿者为对象,调查了其心理状态与职业倦怠情况。通过对调查的统计和结果分析,有针对性地提出了相关建议,以期为泰国乃至其他地区的汉语教师志愿者管理和志愿者工作、生活提供真实的第一手资料。 With the further implementation of the“Belt and Road Initiative”,the demand for international Chinese education continues to grow,and higher requirements are placed on the volunteer Chinese-language teachers.As the major force of popularizing international Chinese education,volunteer Chinese-language teachers face not only cultural adaptation,language barriers,etc.,but also the work pressure of the Confucius Institute/Classroom.The psychological health and job burnout of this group are related to the sustainable development of the teaching project of Confucius Institutes.This study has investigated the psychological state and job burnout of the volunteer Chinese-language teachers who went to Thailand in 2018.Through the analysis of the statistic data and results of the survey,it proposes some corresponding suggestions in order to provide useful and first-hand information for improving their management work as well as their life and work either in Thailand or in other regions.
