中兴矿1415综采工作面瓦斯综合抽采技术研究与应用 被引量:9

摘要 为解决1415工作面瓦斯含量高的问题,根据工作面地质及瓦斯赋存条件,确定采用本煤层钻孔+走向高位钻孔+邻近钻孔+高抽巷+埋管抽采相结合的瓦斯综合治理措施,针对具体的地质条件进行各项瓦斯抽采参数的设计,在工作面瓦斯抽采过程中进行抽采数据的监测分析。结果表明,1415综采工作面采用上述瓦斯综合治理措施后,整体瓦斯的综合抽放率为61.4%,工作面瓦斯的浓度有效的控制在0.4%以下,保障了工作面安全回采。 In order to solve the problem of high gas content in the 1415 working face,according to the specific geological and gas occurrence conditions of the working face,the Comprehensive gas control measures of coal seam drilling+high drilling+adjacent drilling+high drainage+buried drainage was settled,various gas drainage parameters were designed for specific geological conditions,the extraction data was monitored and analyzed during the gas extraction process.The results showed that the comprehensive gas drainage rate of the 1415 fully mechanized mining face was 61.4%,and the gas concentration of the working face was effectively controlled below 0.4%,which ensured the safe recovery of the working face.
