摘要
唐山三友集团有限公司氯化钙(CaCl2)生产系统进液原料由原来的进卤液(碱渣上清液的滩晒液)改为纯碱公司供给的新旭法高浓钙液,虽然因其具有温度高、浓度高的2大优点可节约大量的蒸汽消耗,但其较高的碱度会直接影响到最终产品质量。通过实验分析不同进液碱度来控制不同的出液碱度,同时确定只有出液碱度控制在0.0125~0.015 mol/L之间,才能有效确保产出优质产品。
The raw material of the calcium chloride(CaCl2)production system of calcium industry company is changed from the original brine(beach drying solution of alkali residue supernatant)to the high concentration calcium solution of new Sahi process supplied by a soda ash company.Although it can save a lot of steam consumption because of its two advantages of high temperature and high concentration,its high alkalinity will directly affect the quality of the final product.Through the experimental analysis of different alkalinity of the incoming liquid,the different alkalinity of the output liquid was controlled,and when the alkalinity of the output liquid was controlled between 0.0125—0.015 mol/L,the high—quality products could be produced.
