摘要
基于罐采样方法,对焦化工艺过程中排放的无组织挥发性有机物(VOCs)的样品采集和测试分析,研究了焦化工艺无组织VOCs排放特征,研究发现,焦化工艺无组织排放TVOCs质量浓度为450.37μg·m^-3;苯系物、烷烃烯烃、其他化合物、卤代烃分别占比85.18%、4.07%、5.92%、4.83%,苯系物占比最大;主要特征污染物包括苯、甲苯、二甲苯、1,3,5-三甲苯、1,2,4-三甲苯、苯乙烯、丙酮、二硫化碳、二氯甲烷、氯甲烷。
unorganized volatile organic compounds(VOCs) Through the sample collection and test analysis of the unorganized VOCs emitted during coking process were investigated, the emission characteristics of ozone generation potential of VOCs were studied. It is found that the concentration of total volatile organic compounds(TVOCs) in the coking process is 450.37 μg·m^-3. Moreover, benzene series has the largest proportion of 85.18%, while alkanes olefins, oxysulfide and halogenated hydrocarbon account for 4.07%, 5.92% and 4.83%, main characteristic pollutants include benzene,toluene, xylene, 1, 3, 5-trimethylbenzene, 1, 2, 4-trimethylbenzene, styrene, acetone, carbon disulfide, dichloromethane,chloromethane.
