供给侧改革背景下武术与民族传统体育人才生态化培养研究

On Ecological Cultivation of Wushu and Traditional National Sports Talents under the Background of Supply Side Reform

体育院校的武术与民族传统体育专业作为武术人才的供给端在开展武术教学与训练时普遍存在教育模式竞技化严重、教师学缘和知识结构不合理、人才培养目标偏离社会需求、专业技能教学内容固化等问题,致使毕业生在对接社会需求时产生供需错位。文章从生态化的视角探索武术专业人才培养模式的运行机理,并在此基础上,提出武术专业人才培养模式的实践路径,以此构建生态化、多层次的武术专业人才培养体系,助推新时期武术人才培养的供给侧改革。

In modern sports colleges,Wushu and traditional sports professional as the supply end of the talent exists many problems during its teaching and training which are the educational mode is seriously competitive,the teachers'learning relationship and knowledge structure are unreasonable,the goal of talent training is deviated from the social demand,and the teaching content of professional skills is solidified.These problems caused the graduates mismatch between supply and demand in the social demand.This paper explores the operation mechanism of the training mode of Wushu professional talents from the perspective of ecology.And On this basis,this paper puts forward the practical path of wushu professional talent training mode,so as to build an ecological and multilevel wushu professional talent training system and boost the supply-side reform of wushu talent training in the new era.
