摘要
滑板这项运动是具有挑战和娱乐一体的运动,有着特殊锻炼的价值,它深受青少年的欢迎。选用问卷调查和实验法研究分析滑板运动对青少年平衡能力的提升与影响,研究选取初中的50名学生作为研究对象进行为期12周,每周2次,每次持续120分钟的滑板练习。最终结果证明,通过较长时间的锻炼是可以提高青少年平衡能力的发展状况。滑板运动具有较好的市场锻炼价值,国内的滑板运动也渐渐被大众接受。锻炼的方法也有很多,可分为技术类和竞速类,都可以有效提高平衡能力的发展。
Skateboarding is a challenging and entertaining sport with special exercise value and is very popular with teenagers.In this paper,a questionnaire survey and an experimental method were used to study and analyze the influence of skateboard on the improvement of teenagers’balance ability.50 junior high school students were selected as the research subjects for 12 week skateboarding exercises lasting 120 minutes twice a week.The final result proves that long-term exercise can improve the development of teenagers’balance ability.Skateboard has good market exercise value,and skateboard in China is gradually accepted by the public.There are also many methods of exercise,which can be divided into technical and racing categories,which can effectively improve the development of balance ability.
