摘要
基于TRIZ理论对实验室废钠处置的难题进行了分析。采用IFR(Ideal Final Result)理想解分析法、因果轴分析法、矛盾矩阵法找到矛盾根源,利用系统与环境中的资源,提出了实验室低成本处理废钠的方法。在反应体系中引入密度较小的惰性液体煤油以隔绝空气,并控制反应过程使钠和水间歇反应,缓慢释放热量,采用该方法只消耗水而不产生新的有机污染物质。设计了简单的反应装置,还应用小人法分析了钠的消解过程和安全性能。使用该装置可以安全又方便地消解金属钠,从而解决了实验室废钠处置的难题。
This paper analyses the problem of eliminating waste sodium of the laboratory based on TRIZ theory.This system is dissected by ideal final result(IFR),causal analysis,contradictions matric analysis to find the roots of contradictions.And then,a safe and simple method to eliminate waste sodium is presented by taking advantage of resources from system and environment.Add kerosene,the small inert liquid,to the system to isolate oxygen and control the reaction rate,thus the response is intermittent and the heat is released slowly.Obviously,this method only consumes water without producing new organic contaminants.Besides,a simple reactor is also designed,and the digestion process and safety performance are analyzed by peanuts analysis.Using this reactor can eliminate sodium safely and conveniently,thereby the problem of eliminating waste sodium of the laboratory is solved.
