糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者多焦视网膜电图与视力相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)患者多焦视网膜电图(ERG)和最佳矫正视力的相关性。方法:收集2019年1月至2019年8月在汕头大学·香港中文大学联合汕头国际眼科中心门诊就诊的2型糖尿病DME患者13例(22眼),其中男性5例(9眼),女性8例(13眼),年龄48~71岁,平均(61.8±7.5)岁。测量患者多焦ERG的振幅和潜伏期,与最佳矫正视力进行Pearson相关分析和多元线性回归分析。结果:多焦ERG第1、2、3环的P1波振幅与最佳矫正视力呈负相关性(r=?0.558,?0.692,?0.550;P=0.007,<0.001,0.008)。多元线性逐步回归分析表明,多焦ERG第2环P1波振幅与最佳矫正视力密切相关。结论:DME患者眼后极部内层视网膜病变是影响最佳矫正视力的重要因素。 Objective:To study the correlation between multifocal electroretinogram(ERG)and the best corrected visual acuity in patients with diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods:From January 2019 to August 2019,13 patients(22 eyes)with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DME)were enrolled in the Joint Shantou International Eye Center of Shantou University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong,including 5 males(9 eyes)and 8 females(13 eyes),aged 48-71 years,with an average age of(61.8±7.5)years.The amplitude and latency of multifocal ERG were measured,and Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were performed with the best corrected visual acuity.Results:The P1 wave amplitude of the 1st,2nd and 3rd rings of multifocal ERG was negatively correlated with the best corrected visual acuity(r=?0.558,?0.692,?0.550;P=0.007,<0.001,0.008).Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that P1 wave amplitude of the second ring of multifocal ERG was closely related to the best corrected visual acuity.Conclusion:The inner layer retinopathy of the posterior pole is an important factor affecting the best corrected visual acuity.
