摘要
目的:了解公共卫生硕士(MPH)研究生的学习动机、学习行动投入、学习成绩、个人性格和文化取向,为改进MPH教学方法,打造适合MPH培养体系的课程设置提供参考。方法:通过学业自我调节问卷、大学生学习投入量表、大五人格量表和文化取向量表等问卷对广东省某高校MPH学生进行调查。结果:MPH男生学习的内生动机高于女生(P<0.05),女生的外生动机和学习成绩均高于男生(P<0.05);农村学生的外生动机和学习成绩高于城市学生(P<0.05)。女生的奉献和专注程度均高于男生(P<0.05);农村学生奉献和专注程度均高于城市学生(P<0.05)。男生的个人主义倾向强于女生(P<0.05),城市学生个人主义倾向高于农村学生(P<0.05)。女生的情绪稳定性、外向性和开放性均优于男生(P<0.05),但宜人性较差(P<0.05);农村学生的情绪稳定性和外向性评分高于城市学生(P<0.05)。结论:不同性别、生源地的MPH研究生的学习动机、学习行动投入、个人性格和文化取向有差异。
Objective:To understand the learning motivation,learning action input,learning achievement,personal character and cultural orientation of the master of public health(MPH)students,and to provide reference for improving the teaching methods of MPH and building a curriculum suitable for the MPH training system.Methods:The study self-regulation questionnaire,college students’learning input scale,big five personality scale and cultural orientation scale were used to investigate the MPH students in a university in Guangdong Province.Results:The internal motivation of male students in MPH was higher than that of female students(P<0.05),the external motivation and academic performance of female students were higher than that of male students(P<0.05),and the external motivation and academic performance of rural students were higher than that of urban students(P<0.05).The degree of dedication and concentration of female students was higher than that of male students(P<0.05),and that of rural students was higher than that of urban students(P<0.05).The individualism tendency of male students was stronger than that of female students(P<0.05),and that of urban students was higher than that of rural students(P<0.05).The emotional stability,extroversion and openness of female students were better than that of male students(P<0.05),but the Agreeableness was worse(P<0.05);the emotional stability and extroversion scores of rural students were higher than that of urban students(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in learning motivation,learning action input,personal character and cultural orientation among MPH postgraduates of different genders and places of origin.
