摘要
经济新常态下,旅游业也进入一种以“新战略、新需求、新供给、新业态”等为特征的新常态,积极发展旅游新业态成为治旅方略的重要构成。近年来,上饶凭借得天独厚的资源优势,已成为名副其实的旅游型城市,但由于观光游独大、过境游显著等结构性矛盾的影响,旅游新业态发展现状和未来前景堪忧,旅游业可持续增长呈现明显的天花板效应。基于此,通过梳理旅游新业态对上饶旅游发展的战略意义与优越的孵化条件,及其发展现状和存在的结构性矛盾,系统地提出了上饶旅游新业态发展的对策建议,促其全面引领上饶旅游业转型升级、提质增效。
Under the“new normal”of economy,tourism has also entered a new normal characterized by"new strategy,new demand,new supply and new business form",therefore,development of tourism new business forms has become an important component of the strategy of treating tourism.In recent years,Shangrao has become a tourism city by virtue of its unique natural resources advantages.However,due to the impact of the structural contradictions concerning its developing mode such as that caused by dominance of its sightseeing tourism and transit tourism,the developing status and future prospects of new tourism forms are grim and bleak,and an obvious“ceiling effect”has appeared in its growing process.Based on this,through analyzing the strategic significance and superior incubation conditions of new business forms for Shangrao's tourism development,as well as its development status and the structural contradictions that are present currently,this paper systematically puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Shangrao's new business forms of tourism so as to promote the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of Shangrao's tourism industry,which may ensure a great improvement in the quality and efficiency of tourism service here.
