摘要
在产能为2万吨/年的东洋纺中空短纤维设备上生产3.33 dtex中空聚酯短纤维,笔者探讨了纺丝及后加工工艺对产品质量的影响。结果表明:适当提高熔体黏度,控制好冷却工艺条件,提高后纺蒸汽加热箱的温度,合理制定牵伸倍率以及松弛热定型的温度和风量,可以生产出膨松度V2不低于36 cm3/g的产品。
Based on the production of 3.33 dtex hollow polyester staple fiber on the Toyobo hollow staple fiber equipment with a capacity of 20000 t/a production,the author discussed the influence of spinning and post-processing technology on product quality.The results showed that the products with bulkiness not less than 36 cm3/g could be produced by properly increasing the viscosity of the melt,controlling the cooling conditions,increasing the temperature of the steam heating box during drafting process,reasonably distributing the draft ratio and the temperature and air volume of the relaxation heat setting.
