6D扁平高收缩腈纶的结构和性能

摘要 本文利用沸水收缩率、声速取向、粉末X射线衍射仪(XRD)以及单丝强度等手段对国产6D扁平高收缩腈纶的结晶结构、取向度、力学性能和热收缩性能进行表征分析,深入了解扁平高收缩性腈纶收缩时内部结构与性能的变化。研究发现扁平高收缩腈纶的热收缩行为主要是由纤维中非晶区结构的解取向造成的,收缩主要发生在80~100℃范围。结构中的晶区取向度对纤维的沸水收缩率贡献不大,所以提高非晶区取向度和降低结晶度是进一步提高收缩率的有效方法。 In this paper,the crystal structure,orientation,mechanical properties and thermal shrinkage properties of 6 Denier(D)Flatcrosssection high-Shrinkable acrylic fiber(Polyacrylonitrile fiber)were characterized by the boiling water shrinkage,sound velocimeter,powder X-ray Diffraction(XRD)and monofilament strength.The internal structure and performance changing during the shrinkage were also studied.It was concluded that the thermal shrinkage of acrylic fiber was mainly caused by the disorientation of the amorphous structure in the fiber,and the shrinkage occurred mainly in the temperature range of 80 to 100℃.The degree of crystal orientation in the structure had little effect on the boiling water shrinkage,thus by increasing the degree of crystal orientation in Amorphous region and decreasing the degree of crystallinity were the effective ways to further increasing the boiling water shrinkage.
