摘要
在智能化浪潮席卷全球的今天,基于大数据、人工智能、物联网等技术的应用层出不穷,使得媒体研究中的诸多传统范式或多或少陷入捉襟见肘的境地。人际传播与大众传播的边界已然模糊,而前者正在对后者的诠释功能产生不可忽略的消解作用。伴随AI而来的新问题,使得技术现象学中关于人机关系的讨论再次热烈起来。文章以技术现象学家唐·伊德的技术中介理论为指导,在回顾了传统媒体所扮演的诠释角色以及近期的困境后,提出AI技术提供了一个他者的视角,这或许会是可行的解决路径。基于此,文章从认知推理逻辑和媒体感官比例等概念入手,讨论了AI技术这个他者应该被赋予何种特征,才能更好地实现人机之间的他异关系等相关问题。
Against the backdrop of the emergence of intelligent technology across the globe,applications of big data,artificial intelligence and Internet of things have become prevalent.Old paradigms in traditional media era are in a stretched position to certain degrees.The boundary between interpersonal and mass communication becomes blurry;and the hermeneutic function of mass media is being invaded by interpersonal communication on social media.Therefore,the new problems brought by AI have heated up the discussion of the human-machine relation in phenomenology of technology.Guided by Don Ihde’s human-technology relations,this paper first reviews the hermeneutic role of traditional media,and then proposes the alterity role of AI technology as a potential approach to solve current problems.The paper starts with concepts such as cognitive inference logic and media sensory ratios,and discusses what kind of features AI technology should have in order to better deal with other related issues such as alterity relation between human and machine.
