摘要
为充分利用井场多专业数据资源,实现井场定向、导向、录井数据的现场采集、远程传输和基地展示,实时监控现场钻井施工情况,研发了定录导一体化数据传输与监控系统。系统使用C#语言开发,采用C/S软件架构,用户在基地可对钻井现场各施工单位的随钻测量数据、综合录井数据、地质导向数据进行实时数据浏览、历史曲线回放分析、导向模型跟踪等操作,利用该系统综合判断钻头在储集层中的位置,开展水平井分析工作,从而实现数据远程传输、远程监控与远程指挥紧密结合,完成水平井综合导向决策指导。以长庆地区系统使用情况为例,验证了该系统设计流程和模块的各项功能,具有准确性高、实时性强、稳定性高、兼容性强的特点,实现单人同时远程监管多口井,能有效提高工作效率,降低人力资源成本。
In order to make full use of multi-professional data resources of well site, realize on-site acquisition, remote transmission and base dispaly of orientation, geosteering and mud logging data, and monitor real-time drilling construction in the field, the integrated data transmission and monitoring system of orientation, mud logging and geosteering was developed. The system was developed with C# language and adopted C/S software architecture. In the base, users can perform real-time data browsing, historical curve playback and analysis, and geosteering model tracking and so on to the measurement data while drilling, comprehensive mud logging data and geosteering data of each construction unit on the drilling site. Comprehensively determining the drill bit position in reservoirs and carrying out the analysis of horizontal wells with this system can realize the close combination of data remote transmission, remote monitoring and remote command, and complete the integrated gosteering decision guidance of horizontal wells. Taking the use of the system in Changqing area as an example, the design process and the functions of the modules have been verified, which have the characteristic of high accuracy, strong real-time, high stability and strong compatibility. It enables a single person to remotely monitor multiple wells at the same time, effectively improves work efficiency and reduces human resource cost.
