随着时代的变迁和社会的发展,国家对于高职院校的教育越来越重视。其中高职院校思想政治理论是影响学生形成价值观的重要课程,受到社会各界的关注和重视。传统思想政治理论课程中的教育模式存在一些问题,不能很好地激发学生的学习兴趣和学习热情,缺乏实践性和应用性,不能充分发挥出思想政治理论课的作用。在新时代的要求下,高职院校思想政治理论课的运行机制要得到创新,突出强调课程的实践性和应用性,提升大学生实践动手能力和创新能力。这就需要建立更加完善的教学体系,将理论教学和实践教学结合起来,提升教师的思想大局意识,建立更加合理的管理机制,同时也要加强教师考核评价机制的规范性和成效性,从而保证大学生能做到思想和行为的统一。

with the change of times and the development of society,the country attaches more and more importance to the education of higher vocational colleges.Among them,the ideological and political theory of higher vocational colleges is an important course that affects the formation of students'values,and it has been paid attention to by all walks of life.Traditional courses of ideological and political theory have many drawbacks,which cannot well stimulate students'interest and enthusiasm for learning,lack of practicality and applicability,and cannot fully play the role of ideological and political theory courses.Under the requirements of the new era,the operation mechanism of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges should be innovated,with emphasis on the practicality and applicability of the course,so as to improve the practical and innovative ability of college students.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a more perfect teaching system,fully integrate theoretical teaching with practical teaching,improve teachers'overall ideological awareness,establish a more reasonable management mechanism,and improve the standardization and effectiveness of teacher assessment and evaluation mechanism,so as to ensure that college students can achieve the unity of consciousness and behavior.
