富血小板血浆治疗糖尿病足的作用研究

EFFECT OF PLATELET-RICH PLASMA ON DIABETIC FOOT

目的探讨糖尿病足的治疗方法。方法选取128例糖尿病足患者,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各64例。对照组应用常规治疗,试验组另加PRP治疗。观察两组治疗前及治疗后第1~4周创面面积、PDGF-AB及TGF-β1水平变化。结果两组分组效应有统计学意义(F=7.26~142.65,P<0.01),试验组创面缩小明显优于对照组,PDGF-AB、TGF-β1浓度均高于对照组。结论应用PRP治疗糖尿病足,能够促进创面愈合。

Objective To explore the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 128 diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with PRP.The changes of wound area,PDGF-AB and TGF-β1 levels before and after the treatment were observed in the two groups.Results The grouping effects of the two groups were statistically significant(F=7.26 to 142.65,P<0.01).The wound reduction in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the concentrations of PDGF-AB and TGF-β1 were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot with PRP can promote wound healing.
