摘要
目的探讨MIHF患者的护理方法。方法选择76例MIHF患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。在临床对症治疗的基础上,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组的住院时间、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),心理状态改善情况及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能提高MIHF患者的临床效果,加快患者康复。
Objective To explore the nursing methods for patients with MIHF.Methods A total of 76 patients with MIHF were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.On the basis of clinical symptomatic treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given evidence-based nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications in the observati on group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of psychological status and nursing satisfaction were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can improve the clinical effect of patients with MIHF and accelerate their recovery.
