风湿免疫性疾病合并肢端坏疽的护理对策

NURSING COUNTERMEASURES FOR RHEUMATOID IMMUNE DISEASE COMBINED WITH ACNE GANGRENE

目的探讨风湿免疫性疾病合并肢端坏疽的护理对策。方法选取风湿免疫性疾病合并肢端坏疽患者98例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各49例。在临床对症治疗的同时,对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理的同时实施全面护理干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度和恢复情况。结果实验组“从湿性转为干性坏疽”及“坏疽面积显著缩小”方面优于对照组(χ^2=3.88,4.09;P<0.05);实验组的护理满意度为93.88%,高于对照组的73.47%(χ^2=6.05,P=0.014)。结论针对风湿性免疫性疾病患者实施全面护理干预有助于提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the nursing strategies for rheumatoid immune disease combined with acne gangrene.Methods A total of 98 patients with rheumatoid immune disease and acne gangrene were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,49 cases each.In the course of clinical symptomatic treatment,patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention while routine care was performed.Results The experimental group was better than the control group in terms of"from wet to dry gangrene"and"the area of gangrene was significantly reduced"(χ^2=3.88,4.09;P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.88%,which was higher than the control 73.47%(χ^2=6.05,P=0.014).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with rheumatic immune disease can help improve the treatment effect.
