摘要
目的探讨MGD性干眼的治疗方法。方法选取100例MGD性干眼症患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例(100眼)。两组均先行超声波雾化治疗20 min,随后观察组采用光脉冲联合睑板腺按摩治疗,对照组采用常规睑板腺按摩。比较两组治疗前后BUT、CFS评分、睑缘评分和PMS评分。结果治疗后,两组BUT均有大幅升高(P<0.01),但观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);两组CFS评分、睑缘评分以及PMS评分均下降(P<0.01),但观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论光脉冲联合睑板腺按摩治疗MGD性干眼症,能增强疗效。
Objective To explore the treatment of MGD dry eye.Methods 100 patients with MGD dry eye were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases(100 eyes)each.The two groups were first treated with ultrasonic nebulization for 20 minutes.Then the observation group was treated with light pulse combined with meibomian gland massage,and the control group was treated with conventional meibomian gland massage.The BUT,CFS score,eyelid margin score,and PMS score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the BUT results in both groups increased significantly(P<0.01),but the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).The CFS score,eyelid margin score,and PMS score of the two groups decreased(P<0.01),but the decline in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Light pulse combined with meibomian gland massage can enhance the efficacy of MGD dry eye syndrome.
