摘要
某600 MW超临界汽轮机组采用复合阀配汽方式,在部分负荷下4个高压调门均存在节流损失,影响运行效率,为此进行高压调门阀序优化,修改DEH控制逻辑增加顺序阀配汽方式,并实现复合阀和顺序阀方式之间的无扰切换。通过一系列冷态及热态试验,验证了新的阀序方式和控制功能,并在顺序阀方式进行滑压试验得出经济滑压曲线。由经济性对比试验表明,采用顺序阀方式运行后机组节能效果显著,实现宽负荷高效运行。
The compound steam admission is applied in a 600 MW supercritical steam turbine unit. Throttle loss exists in four high pressure regulating valves under the partial load, which affects operation efficiency.Therefore, valve sequence optimization is carried out, DEH control logic is modified to increase sequence valve mode, and disturbance-free switching between compound valve and sequence valve mode is realized. Through a series of cold and hot tests, the new valve sequence mode and control function are verified, and the economic sliding pressure curve is obtained by sliding pressure test in the sequential valve mode. The performance comparison test shows that the energy-saving effect of the unit is remarkable when the sequence valve mode is used.
