穴位贴敷结合中药药熨包治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀的疗效

Curative effects of point application combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing bag in treatment of abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨穴位贴敷结合中药药熨包治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀的疗效。方法选取2016年7月~2018年3月在我院行妇科腹腔镜手术之后腹胀患者80例。随机分组,参比组实施中药药熨包治疗,穴位贴敷结合中药药熨包组则实施中药药熨包+穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组行妇科腹腔镜手术之后腹胀疗效,腹胀缓解的时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间,治疗前后患者症状积分、生活质量,不良反应。结果穴位贴敷结合中药药熨包组行妇科腹腔镜手术之后腹胀疗效、腹胀缓解的时间、肠鸣音出现时间、排气时间、症状积分、生活质量相比较参比组更好(P<0.05)。穴位贴敷结合中药药熨包组和参比组不良反应相似(P>0.05)。结论中药药熨包+穴位贴敷治疗行妇科腹腔镜手术之后腹胀效果确切,可获得理想效果。

Objective To explore curative effects of point application combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing bag in treatment of abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 80 patients with abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2016 to March 2018 were selected and they were randomly grouped.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ironing bag while the point application combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing bag group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ironing bag combined with point application.The curative effects of gynecological laparoscopic surgery in treatment of abdominal distensionwere compared between two groups.The relief time of abdominal distension,the recovery time of bowel sounds and the exhaust time,the symptom scores and quality of life before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After gynecological laparoscopic surgery,curative effects in treatment of abdominal distension,relief time of abdominal distension,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the exhaust time,the symptom scores and quality of life of the point application combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing bag group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.The adverse reactions of the point application combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing bag group were similar to those of the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion After gynecological laparoscopic surgery,the curative effect in treatment of abdominal distension in the point application combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing bag group is accurate.It can achieve ideal curative effects.
