心理护理对腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者焦虑抑郁状态及治疗依从性的作用分析

Effects of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression state and treatment compliance of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis operation

目的探讨心理护理对腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者焦虑抑郁状态及治疗依从性的作用。方法选取我院2017年1月~2019年4月行腹腔镜手术治疗的80例阑尾炎患者,按照随机数字表法分组,每组40例,对照组施行常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上施行心理护理,比较两组的焦虑抑郁评分、治疗依从性、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总依从率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为97.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可减轻阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者的焦虑抑郁状态,增强其治疗依从性,有利于提升其生活质量水平和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression state and treatment compliance of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis operation.Methods 80 patients with appendicitis who underwent laparoscopic surgery from January 2017 to April 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of anxiety and depression,treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate was 95.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing was 97.50%in the observation group,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can relieve the anxiety and depression state of patients with appendicitis undergoing laparoscopic surgery,enhance their treatment compliance,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
