综合护理干预方案对食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养耐受性及机体康复的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention program on early enteral nutrition tolerance and body rehabilitation in patients with esophageal cancer

目的分析综合护理干预方案对食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养(EEN)耐受性及机体康复的影响。方法选取2016年12月~2018年12月于我院进行治疗的45例食管癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,干预组23例,对照组22例,干预组予患者综合护理干预,对照组予患者常规护理,比较两组患者护理满意度,早期肠内营养的耐受性,术后恢复情况(首次排气时间、首次闻及肠鸣音的时间、首次排便时间、住院天数),不良反应的发生率。结果干预组患者护理满意度、早期肠内营养耐受性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者首次排气时间、首次闻及肠鸣音的时间、首次排便时间、住院天数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);干预组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预食管癌术后早期肠内营养中,能有效提高患者的护理满意度,增强患者对于早期肠内营养的耐受性,缩短预后时间,且安全有效,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze effects of comprehensive nursing intervention program on early enteral nutrition(EEN)tolerance and body rehabilitation in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Forty-five patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the intervention group with 23 cases and the control group with 22 cases according to the random number table method.The control group received routing nursing,while the intervention group got comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,early enteral nutrition tolerance,postoperative recovery(time of first exhaust,hearing of bowel sounds,defecation and length of hospital stay)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction and early enteral nutrition tolerance in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first time of exhaust,hearing bowel sounds,defecation and the length of hospital stay in the intervention group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in early enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery can effectively improve satisfaction of patients,enhance patients’tolerance to early enteral nutrition and shorten prognosis time,which is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical application.
