情感护理法对中度老年痴呆患者精神状态及生活能力的影响

Effect of emotional nursing on mental state and living ability of patients with moderate senile sementia

目的探讨采取情感护理法对中度老年痴呆患者精神状态及生活能力的影响。方法将2016年1月~2017年12月广州市民政局精神病院收入74例中度老年痴呆患者随机分为两组,各37例,对照组予以常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合情感护理,对两组护理前后精神状态、生活能力进行比较。结果护理前,两组MMSE评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,两组护理前后评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理前两组ADL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组ADL评分高于对照组,两组护理前后评分有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中度老年痴呆患者开展情感护理,能有效改善患者精神状态,进一步提高生活能力,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of emotional nursing on mental state and living ability of patients with moderate senile dementia.Methods 74 patients with moderate senile dementia admitted to Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received regular rehabilitation nursing,while the observation received combined emotional nursing on the basis of control group.The mental state and life ability of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results There were no significant differences in scores of MMSE and ADL before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,scores of MMSE and ADL of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing for the patients with moderate senile dementia can effectively improve the mental state of the patients and further improve their living ability,which is worth popularizing.
