摘要
目的分析研究手术室高值耗材的科学管理方法。方法选取本院2016年4月~2019年4月2000例手术耗材使用资料进行此次研究,按照随机数字表法将此次研究资料随机分为:参照组1000例实施传统常规管理方案,研究组1000例实施规范化信息管理方案。对两组耗材管理质量情况、耗材管理时间及手术医生满意度情况进行比较。结果在备货不足发生率、差错发生率以及领用单合格率等相关耗材管理质量情况的比较上,研究组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组耗材管理时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在手术医生满意度的比较上,研究组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室高值耗材应用规范化信息管理方案,能够促使管理质量的显著提升,同时管理成本会随之大为减少,手术医生的满意度也会随之大为提升,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze and study the scientific management method of high-value consumables in the operating room.Methods 2000 cases of surgical consumables used in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(implementing conventional routine management method)and study group(implementing a standardized information management method),with 1000 cases in each group.The quality of consumables management,the time of consumables management,and the satisfaction of the surgeon were compared between the two groups.Results In the comparison of the quality of related consumables management such as the occurrence of insufficient stocking,the incidence of errors,and the acceptance rate of receipts,the study group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Consumables management time in study group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the surgeon satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized information management schemes for high-value consumables in the operating room can promote a significant improvement in management quality.At the same time,the management cost will be greatly reduced,and the satisfaction of the surgeon will be greatly improved.
