心理干预对COPD合并焦虑抑郁的疗效观察

Effects of psychological intervention on COPD with anxiety and depression

目的观察心理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并焦虑抑郁的疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月~2019年2月72例COPD合并焦虑抑郁患者,经计算机随机分组,对照组实施吸氧、平喘、祛痰、抗炎等常规治疗,研讨组在对照组基础上联合心理干预,观察3个月后两组疗效。结果经心理干预后,研讨组HAMA评分、HAMD评分及CAT评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研讨组血氧饱和度与舒适度指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预对COPD合并焦虑抑郁的疗效明确,一方面有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,一方面显著提升其生活质量,应用价值高。

Objective To observe the effect of psychological intervention on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with anxiety and depression.Methods 72 COPD patients with anxiety and depression from January 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine treatment such as oxygen inhalation,anti-asthma,expectorant and anti-inflammatory.The study group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The effect was observed three months later.Results After psychological intervention,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and COPD assessment test(CAT)score of the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the two indexes of blood oxygen saturation and comfort degree in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological intervention on COPD with anxiety and depression is remarkable.On one hand,it can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients;on the other hand,it can significantly improve their quality of life,with high application value.
