聚桂醇硬化剂辅助治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of polycinol sclerosing agent in the treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs

目的探讨聚桂醇硬化剂辅助大隐静脉高位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床应用效果。方法将我院2017年1月~2018年10月收治的50例下肢静脉曲张患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,采取大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术治疗的25例患者为对照组,采取聚桂醇硬化剂辅助大隐静脉高位结扎治疗的25例患者为研究组。比较两组患者临床疗效、手术情况、静脉临床严重程度评分(VCSS)以及并发症发生情况,随访6个月,记录复发情况。结果研究组总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%)(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量、术后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。组间干预前后VCSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(12.00%)低于对照组(40.00%)(P<0.05),研究组复发率(4.00%)与对照组(4.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论下肢静脉曲张患者采取聚桂醇硬化剂辅助大隐静脉高位结扎治疗可提高临床疗效,降低并发症风险。

Objective To explore the effect of polycinol hardener combined with high saphenous vein ligation in the treatment of extremity varicose veins.Methods Fifty patients with varicose veins in the lower limbs treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high saphenous vein ligation and ablation,while the study group was treated polycinol hardener combined with high saphenous vein ligation.The clinical efficacy,surgical status,venous clinical severity score(VCSS),and complications of the two groups were compared.Follow-up was performed for 6 months to record the recurrence.Results The total effective rate in the study group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative out-of-bed activity time,and the length of stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group.The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative VAS score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in VCSS scores between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(12.00%)was lower than that in the control group(40.00%)(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in the study group(4.00%)was not significantly different from the control group(4.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Polycinol hardener combined with high saphenous vein ligation has higher effect in the treatment of high saphenous vein ligation.
