长期服用非典型抗精神病药对患者体重指数和胰岛素抵抗的影响

Effects of long-term use of atypical antipsychotics on body mass index and insulin resistance in patients

目的探讨长期服用非典型抗精神病药对患者体重指数和胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年10月我院收治的男性精神分裂症患者60例,给予非典型抗精神病药治疗。比较基线期与治疗后6个月患者体重指数、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的变化。结果治疗后6个月,患者体重指数、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇稳态模型下的胰岛素抵抗指数及空腹胰岛素显著高于基线期水平,患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于基线期水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期服用非典型抗精神病药导致了患者体重指数增加和胰岛素抵抗。

Objective To investigate the effects of long-term use of atypical antipsychotics on body mass index and insulin resistance in patients.Methods Sixty male patients with schizophrenia admitted and treated inour hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as subjects,and given atypical antipsychotic therapy.The changes in body mass index,fasting plasma glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol in patients were compared between baseline and 6 months after treatment.Results Six months after treatment,the body mass index,fasting plasma glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients had significantly higher insulin resistance index and fasting insulin in the steadystate model than the levels at baseline,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients was significantly lower than the level at baseline,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term use of atypical antipsychotics leads to increased body mass index and insulin resistance in patients.
