党的十九大报告中指出:“开展弘扬时代新风行动。诚信建设和志愿服务制度化,强化社会责任意识、规则意识、奉献意识。”而医院青年医务志愿服务工作实践过程中,为实现开展精准志愿服务活动的目标,对项目管理理论和方法在志愿服务团队中的应用指导情况进行综述及分析,以提升志愿服务的质量与效果,通过采用多形式多元化的志愿服务进行干预,更受各界认可,且提升了青年志愿者的服务积极性,并实现志愿服务工作效益的最大化,为医务志愿服务的顺利开展奠定有效的基础,也可为后期青年医务志愿服务措施的制定与实施提供参考依据。

The nineteenth report of the party pointed out“We will carry out actions to promote new trends of The Times.Credit construction and voluntary service are institutionalized,strengthen the awareness of social responsibility,rule consciousness,dedication consciousness.”To achieve the goal of precise volunteer service,the research analyzed and summarized the application and guidence situation of project management model and method in voluntary service during the practical process of hospital youth medical volunteer service,in order to improve the quality and effect of voluntary service,and it is more recognized by all walks of life through multiple forms of voluntary services,and improve the service enthusiasm of young volunteers and maximize the benefits of volunteer service,so it laid an effective foundation for the smooth development of medical voluntary service,and can also provide reference for the formulation and implementation of the voluntary service measures for youth medical services.
