超导可视下与常规盲视下无痛人流疗效对比 被引量:3

Comparison of the Therapeutic Effect of Painless Artificial Abortion Under Superconducting Vision and Conventional Blind Vision

摘要 目的对比超导可视下无痛人流术与常规盲视下无痛人流术的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月—2019年3月在我院行无痛人流的82例患者为观察对象,按手术方式的不同分为两组,实行常规盲视下无痛人流术的41例患者纳为对照组;实行超导可视下无痛人流术的41例患者则为观察组。对比两组患者的手术时间、总出血量、术后阴道流血时间、进出宫次数及并发症发生率。结果对照组患者手术时间为(15.35±2.36)min、总出血量为(18.64±4.51)ml、术后阴道流血时间为(6.53±1.36)d、进出宫次数为(3.51±0.68)次;观察组患者的手术时间为(6.56±1.45)min、总出血量为(8.41±2.68)ml、术后阴道流血时间为(3.65±0.74)d、进出宫次数为(1.52±0.13)次,观察组的手术时间、阴道流血时间短于对照组,总出血量、进出宫次数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t值依次为7.27、4.43、4.15、17.34,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(2.44%)低于对照组(26.83%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=9.76,P<0.05)。结论实行超导可视下无痛人流能有效缩短患者的手术时间、术后阴道流血时间,降低其并发症风险,减少进出宫次数及术中出血量。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of painless abortion under superconducting vision with that under conventional blind vision.Methods 82 patients who received painless abortion in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the observation objects.According to the different operation methods,they were divided into two groups.41 patients who performed the painless abortion under the conventional blind vision were included in the control group;41 patients who performed the painless abortion under the superconducting vision were included in the observation group.The operation time,total bleeding volume,postoperative vaginal bleeding time,the number of uterine access and complications were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,the operation time was(15.35±2.36)min,the total bleeding volume was(18.64±4.51)ml,the postoperative vaginal bleeding time was(6.53±1.36)d,and the number of times of entering and leaving the uterus was(3.51±0.68);in the observation group,the operation time was(6.56±1.45)min,the total bleeding volume was(8.41±2.68)ml,the postoperative vaginal bleeding time was(3.65±0.74)d,and the number of times of entering and leaving the uterus was(1.52±0.13).The difference was statistically significant(t was 7.27,4.43,4.15,17.34,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group(2.44%)was lower than that in the control group(26.83%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.76,P<0.05).Conclusion The painless artificial abortion with superconductive vision can effectively shorten the operation time and vaginal bleeding time,reduce the risk of complications,reduce the times of entering and leaving the uterus and the amount of bleeding during the operation.
