全乳晕入路甲状腺腔镜与传统手术对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Total Areola Approach Thyroid Endoscopic Surgery and Traditional Open Surgery

目的对比分析传统开放性手术与全乳晕入路甲状腺腹腔镜手术的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2019年8月于我院接受治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者98例,按照数字随机法分为试验组49例与参照组49例,参照组实施传统开放性手术治疗,试验组实施全乳晕入路甲状腺腹腔镜手术,对比分析两组患者手术指标、并发症发生情况及美容满意度情况。结果试验组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后引流量显著低于参照组,有统计学差异,P<0.05;试验组并发症发生率为4.08%,参照组为10.20%,两组比较无统计学差异,P>0.05;试验组美容满意度为93.88%,参照组为73.47%,试验组显著高于参照组,有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论与传统开放性手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤患者相比,全乳晕入路甲状腺肿瘤腹腔镜手术可缩短手术时间、住院时间,降低术中出血量及术后引流量,提高患者美容满意度。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of traditional open surgery and total areola thyroid laparoscopic surgery.Methods 98 patients with thyroid neoplasms who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2019 were enrolled.According to the numerical randomization method,49 patients were divided into the experimental group and 49 patients in the reference group.The reference group was treated with traditional open surgery.The experimental group to implement the areola approach of laparoscopic thyroid surgery,compared two groups of patients with surgical and cosmetic satisfaction index,complications happen.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and postoperative drainage volume in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,with statistical significance,P<0.05.The complication rate was 4.08%in the experimental group and 10.20%in the reference group.There was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05;the cosmetic satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.88%,and the reference group was 73.47%.The experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group,and there was statistical difference,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery for thyroid neoplasms,total areola thyroid laparoscopic surgery can shorten the operation time,hospital stay,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage,and improve the patient's cosmetic satisfaction.
