奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗牙体牙髓病的效果分析

Effect of Ornidazole Mixture in the Treatment of Dental Pulp Disease

目的探讨奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗牙体牙髓病的效果。方法将医院收治的80例牙体牙髓病患者纳入此次研究,资料选取自2018年6月—2019年2月,按照盲选方法将其分为两组。对照组40例采用常规根充糊剂治疗,而研究组40例则采用奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗,对比两组的临床治疗效果和不良反应发生情况,评估两种疗法的并发症疗效和安全性。结果研究组的临床治疗有效率为97.50%,明显大于对照组的有效率(77.50%)(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的发生率(25.00%)(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗牙体牙髓病能够有效提高治疗效果,减少不良反应发生,是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of ornidazole mixture as an adjuvant filler in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods 80 patients with dental pulp disease admitted to our hospital were included in this study.The data were selected from June 2018 to February 2019 and divided into two groups according to the blind selection method.40 cases in the control group were treated with routine root canal filling paste,while 40 cases in the study group were treated with Ornidazole mixture as an auxiliary filling agent.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the efficacy and safety of the two treatments were evaluated.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%,lower than that in the control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Ornidazole Mixture assisted filling treatment of dental pulp disease can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce adverse reactions,is a safe and effective method.
