小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的应用及可行性

Application and Feasibility of Small Needle Knife in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究小针刀治疗腰间盘突出症的应用效果和可行性。方法在2018年2月—2019年2月间,选择本院收治的腰间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,从中抽选出80例,将其分为对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予小针刀治疗。对比两组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗前后疼痛评分、JOA评分。结果治疗前两组患者疼痛评分、JOA评分对比,差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分均下降,观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。而观察组患者JOA评分治疗后显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较为明显,能够提高治疗效果,并且具有良好的可行性,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the application effect and feasibility of small needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects.Eighty patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given a small needle knife on the basis of conventional treatment.The pain score and JOA score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Results There was no significant difference in pain score and JOA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the two groups decreased,and the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small needle knife treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect is more obvious,can improve the treatment effect,and has good feasibility,application value is higher.
