妇科内分泌失调患者的临床治疗与效果评价

Clinical Treatment and Effect Evaluation of Patients With Gynecological Endocrine Disorders

目的探讨妇科内分泌失调患者的临床治疗方式,并评估其治疗效果。方法选择本院2018年3月—2019年4月收治的妇科内分泌失调患者80例,按照随机数字表法分组,每组患者为40例,参照组采取常规西药进行治疗,试验组在参照组方法基础上增加中药对患者施以治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的临床治疗总有效率为95.0%,参照组患者临床治疗总有效率为80.0%,两组数据相比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.1114,P=0.0425)。结论妇科内分泌失调患者应用中西药结合的方式,可以提高临床治疗效果,有效调节患者内分泌失调症状,对于促进患者康复具有积极意义,其临床应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of gynecological endocrine disorders and evaluate its therapeutic effect.Methods Eighty patients with gynecological endocrine disorders admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,40 patients in each group were treated with conventional western medicine in the reference group.The experimental group was in the reference group.On the basis of the method,Chinese medicine was added to treat patients,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 95.0%,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the reference group was 80.0%.Compared with the data of the two groups,there was a significant difference,which was statistically significant(χ^2=4.1114,P=0.0425).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine in gynecological endocrine disorders can improve the clinical treatment effect and effectively regulate the symptoms of endocrine disorders in patients,which is of positive significance for promoting the rehabilitation of patients,and its clinical application value is significant.
