颅脑外伤吞咽障碍中集束化护理模式的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Cluster Nursing Model in Deglutition Disorder of Craniocerebral Trauma

目的以颅脑外伤吞咽障碍患者为例,探究经开展集束化护理模式的应用效果情况。方法取2017年4月—2019年5月本院接收的颅脑外伤吞咽障碍患者64例为研究对象,以整群随机化的方式分设组别。予对照组患者常规护理,在基础上,予研究组患者集束化护理模式。观察两组的吞咽功能恢复情况、护理满意率。结果对照组总有效率为71.88%,低于研究组的93.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理满意率为78.13%,低于研究组的96.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颅脑外伤吞咽障碍患者中集束化护理模式的实施对改善患者吞咽功能具有促进作用,较常规护理效果好、护理满意度高。

Objective Taking the patients with dysphagia after craniocerebral trauma as an example,the application effect of cluster nursing mode was explored.Methods Sixty-four patients with dysphagia due to craniocerebral trauma received in the hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 were divided into groups by cluster randomization.Routine nursing was given to the patients in the control group,and cluster nursing mode was given to the patients in the study group.The recovery of swallowing function and satisfaction rate of nursing were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 71.88%,which was lower than 93.75% of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the control group was 78.13%,which was lower than 96.88% of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the patients with dysphagia caused by craniocerebral trauma,the implementation of cluster nursing mode can promote the improvement of patients’wallowing function,which is better than routine nursing effect and higher nursing satisfaction.
