综合护理对妊娠高血压患者的干预效果观察

Observation on the Intervention Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Patients With Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

目的探讨综合护理干预对妊娠高血压患者负性心理及生活质量的影响。方法收集2015年10月—2018年6月在本院就诊治疗的妊娠高血压综合征患者120例,采用抽签法将患者分为综合护理组和常规护理组,每组60例。常规护理组接受常规护理措施,综合护理组接受综合护理措施。对比两组患者入院时、产前3天及分娩前的焦虑、抑郁程度及生活质量变化情况。结果综合护理组产前3 d时、分娩前SDS、SAS评分均低于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),常规护理组分娩前SDS、SAS评分均低于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),综合护理组产前3 d时、分娩前SDS、SAS评分均低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合护理组分娩前SF-36量表各维度评分均较常规护理组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效减轻患者对妊娠和分娩的不良情绪,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative psychology and quality of life of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 120 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH)treated in the hospital from October 2015 to June 2018 were collected and divided into the comprehensive nursing group and the routine nursing group with 60 cases in each group by drawing lots.The routine nursing group was received routine nursing measures,while comprehensive nursing group was received comprehensive nursing measures.The changes of anxiety,depression and quality of life at admission,3 days before delivery and before delivery were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 days before delivery,before pregnancy,the SDS and SAS scores of the comprehensive nursing group were lower than those at admission,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores of the conventional nursing group were lower than those at admission,and the differences were statistically significant.The significance was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS at 3 days before delivery and before pregnancy in the comprehensive nursing group were lower than those in the conventional nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 before delivery in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the adverse emotions of pregnancy and childbirth and improve the quality of life of patients.
