不同土壤含水量对梨枣坐果期生长的影响

摘要 以梨枣为研究材料,通过测定不同土壤含水量(分别为田间持水量的80%~85%、65%~70%、50%~55%、35%~40%)下坐果期梨枣叶片中可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量和脯氨酸含量的变化来研究不同土壤含水量对梨枣坐果期生长的影响,旨在探索梨枣坐果期生长的适合土壤含水量,达到节水增产的效果。结果表明:随着土壤含水量的下降,坐果期梨枣叶片的可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量呈升高趋势,当土壤含水量达到田间持水量的50%以下时,增加显著;而叶片中可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,当土壤含水量达到田间持水量的50%以下时,下降显著,表明当土壤缺水时,坐果期的梨枣可以通过提高叶片中可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量而提高抗旱能力,但会显著抑制梨枣的光合能力,影响梨枣的生长和发育,土壤含水量为田间持水量60%以上时,对坐果期梨枣的生长有利。 The effects of different soil water content on the growth of Jujube Pears is studied by measuring the changes of soluble protein,soluble sugar content,chlorophyll content and proline content in the leaves of Jujube Pears in different soil water content(80%~85%,65%~70%,50%~55%,35%~40%of the field water capacity respectively)during fruit-set periods,so as to study on the suitable soil moisture content for the growth of Jujube Pears in fruit bearing period and achieve the effect of saving water and increasing production.The results show that with the decrease of soil water content,the content of soluble sugar and proline in pear jujube leaves increases significantly When the soil water content is less than 50%of the field water holding capacity,while the content of soluble protein and chlorophyll in leaves decreases significantly when the soil water content is less than 50%of the field water holding capacity,indicating that when the soil water content is less than 50%of the field water holding capacity,it decreases significantly under water shortage,the drought resistance of Jujube Pears at fruit setting stage can be improved by increasing the content of soluble sugar and proline in leaves,but it can significantly inhibit the photosynthetic capacity of Jujube Pears and affect the growth and development of Jujube Pears.When the soil water content is more than 60%of the field water capacity,it is beneficial to the growth of Jujube Pears at fruit setting stage.
