延安大学学生参与陕北民间传统体育项目的现状研究

A Study on the Present Situation of Yan′an University Students′Participation in Folk Tradition Sports in Northern Shaanxi

运用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法等研究方法,对延安大学大一学生参与陕北民间传统体育项目的现状进行了调查。调查显示:陕北民间传统体育项目内容广泛,但延安大学开设的课程只有陕北秧歌和安塞腰鼓,课程形式较单一,且学生对其了解多停留在广泛开展的扭秧歌和安塞腰鼓上,对其他项目了解甚少,多数人参与该项目的时间都是在校内的公选课上,每周参与次数多为1次且每次参与的时间为90~100 min,增强体质、消遣娱乐、应付考试是参与的主要目的,个人差异相对不大,对陕北民间传统体育活动缺乏了解和缺乏锻炼氛围是影响学生参与陕北民间传统体育项目的主要因素。因此,深入挖掘陕北民间传统体育项目进高校还有待于进一步解决。

This paper investigates the status quo of the students'participation in the traditional folk sports in northern Shaanxi by using the method of questionnaire,document data and mathematical statistics.The survey shows that the content of northern Shaanxi folk traditional sports project is widespread,but the courses offered by Yan′an University are only Shanbei Yangko and Ansai waist Drum,and the course form is relatively single,and students′understanding of it mostly stays on the widely carried out Yangko and Ansai waist Drum,but knows little about other projects.Most people participate in this project in public elective courses on the campus,mostly once a week and for 90~100 min each time.The main purpose of participation is to strengthen the physique,entertain and cope with the examination,and the personal difference is relatively small.The lack of understanding of the folk traditional sports in northern Shaanxi and the lack of exercise atmosphere are the main factors that affect students′participation in the folk traditional sports in northern Shaanxi.Therefore,further exploration of folk traditional sports in northern Shaanxi to enter college and university remains to be further solved.
