无痛结肠镜技术在老年人结肠息肉治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis on Painless Colonoscopy in the Treatment of Elderly Colonic Polyps

目的探讨无痛结肠镜技术治疗老年人结肠息肉的效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年5月行结肠镜治疗的88例老年结肠息肉患者,根据结肠镜治疗麻醉方式分为无痛组和对照组各44例。对比两组的不良反应情况、检查成功率、术中感受。结果无痛组的不良反应发生率为2.27%,显著低于对照组的18.18%(P<0.05)。无痛组检查中和检查后的血压、心率、呼吸频率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用咪达唑仑联合丙泊酚的无痛结肠镜技术治疗老年结肠息肉安全可靠。

Objective To explore the effect of painless colonoscopy in the treatment of elderly colonic polyps.Methods 88 elderly patients with colonic polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and were divided into painless group and control group according to the anesthesia method of colonoscopic treatment,with 44 cases in each group.The adverse reactions,success rate and intraoperative feelings of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the painless group was 2.27%,significantly lower than 18.18%in the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure,heart rates and respiratory rates during detection and after detection of the painless group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Painless colonoscopy with midazolam and propofol is safe and reliable in the treatment of elderly colonic polyps.
