Brunnstrom技术联合电针对脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Brunnstrom Technique Combined with Electroacupuncture on Patients with Stroke Hemiplegia

目的探讨Brunnstrom技术联合电针对脑卒中偏瘫患者的治疗效果。方法选取92例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予电针加常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用Brunnstrom技术治疗,比较两组康复效果、治疗前后Barthel指数和Fuel-Meyer运动功能。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的Barthel指数和Fuel-Meyer运动功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的Barthel指数、Fuel-Meyer运动功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重的并发症。结论Brunnstrom技术联合电针治疗脑卒中偏瘫可显著提高临床疗效、肢体运动功能和生活能力,改善生命质量。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of Brunnstrom technique combined with electroacupuncture on patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods 92 patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given electroacupuncture combined with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with Brunnstrom technique on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effect,and the Barthel index and Fuel-Meyer motor function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the Barthel index and Fuel-Meyer motor function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index and Fuel-Meyer motor function score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No serious complications occurred during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusions Brunnstrom technique combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia can significantly improve clinical efficacy,limb motor function and living ability,and improve the quality of life.
