早期营养支持对极低出生体重儿的生长发育及心理行为发育的影响

Influence of Early Nutritional Support on Growth and Psychological Behavior Development of Very Low Birth Weight Infants

目的探讨早期营养支持对极低出生体重儿(VLBWI)的生长发育及心理行为发育的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年4月新生儿科收治的120例VLBWI随机分为研究组与对照组各60例。入院后均将患儿送至NICU病房并予以对症治疗,对照组入院72 h后予以营养支持,研究组入院12 h后予以营养支持,分析两组患儿的生长发育及心理行为发育情况。结果研究组的日平均增长体质量明显高于对照组,恢复出生体重日龄明显短于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组纠正胎龄40周NBNA评分均高于对照组,且评分提高幅度高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论入院后予以VLBWI早期营养支持,可促进患儿生长发育、心理行为发育,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the influence of early nutritional support on growth and psychological behavior development of very low birth weight infants(VLBWI).Methods 120 cases of VLBWI admitted to our neonatology department from January 2017 and April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.After admission,infants were sent to NICU ward for symptomatic treatment.The control group received nutritional support 72 hours after admission,while the study group received nutritional support 12 hours after admission.The growth and psychological behavior development of the two groups were analyzed.Results The average daily growth body mass of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the birth weight recovery days were significantly shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The NBNA scores at 40 weeks of corrected gestational age in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the score improvement was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Early nutritional support for VLBWI after admission can promote the growth and psychological behavior development,which is worthy of promotion.
