盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗重度慢性牙周炎的临床效果分析

Analysis on Clinical Effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride Combined with Tinidazole in the Treatment of Severe Chronic Periodontitis

目的分析盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗重度慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法选择2017年2月至2018年10月我院收治的100例重度慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组给予牙周基础治疗联合盐酸米诺环素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用替硝唑治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。研究组的菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、牙齿松动度、牙周附着水平、牙龈指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率(8.00%vs.14.00%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗重度慢性牙周炎效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole in the treatment of severe chronic periodontitis.Methods 100 cases of patients with severe chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with periodontal basic therapy combined with minocycline hydrochloride,while the study group was treated with tinidazole on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%,significantly higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The bacterial plaque index,periodontal pocket depth,tooth mobility,periodontal attachment level and gingival index of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(8.00%vs.14.00%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole in the treatment of severe chronic periodontitis has significant effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
