不同甲氨蝶呤用药方案联合米非司酮对异位妊娠患者血β-hCG及不良反应的影响

I nfluence of Different Methotrexate Regimens Combined with Mifepristone on Serum β-hCG and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

目的研究不同甲氨蝶呤用药方案联合米非司酮对异位妊娠患者血β-hCG及不良反应的影响。方法选择2017年2月至2019年7月我院收治的异位妊娠患者152例,随机平均分为两组。两组均采用米非司酮治疗,在此基础上,A组行连续肌注甲氨蝶呤治疗,B组行单次肌注甲氨蝶呤治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效、血β-hCG水平及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果治疗后,两组的总有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗1周后,B组的血β-hCG水平低于A组,血β-hCG水平复常时间短于A组(P均<0.05)。B组的不良反应发生率为6.58%,低于A组的17.11%(P<0.05)。结论单次肌注甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠患者,可有效调节其血β-hCG水平,缩短血β-hCG水平复常时间,且不良反应较少,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To study the influence of different methotrexate regimens combined with mifepristone on serumβ-hCG and adverse reactions in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods 152 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.Both groups were treated with mifepristone.On this basis,group A was treated with continuous intramuscular injection of methotrexate,and group B was treated with single intramuscular injection of methotrexate.The clinical efficacy,serum β-hCG levels and adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,no statistical difference was found in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).1 week after treatment,the serumβ-hCG level of group B was lower than that of group A,and the recovery time of serumβ-hCG level was shorter than that of group A(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 6.58%,lower than 17.11%in group A(P<0.05).Conclusions Single intramuscular injection of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy can effectively regulate the serumβ-hCG level and shorten the recovery time of serumβ-hCG level,with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
