辅助生殖专科护理对不孕症患者疾病知识掌握及自我效能感的影响

Influence of Assisted Reproductive Specialist Nursing on Disease Knowledge Mastery and Self Efficacy in Patients with Infertility

目的探讨辅助生殖专科护理对不孕症患者疾病知识掌握及自我效能感的影响。方法选取我院2016年2月至2019年2月收治的150例不孕症患者,随机分为两组各75例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行辅助生殖专科护理,比较两组患者护理后的疾病知识掌握度及护理前后自我效能感和生活质量。结果护理后,观察组疾病知识掌握度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的GSES评分均升高,且观察组的GSES评分高于对照组(P均<0.05)。护理后,两组的心理、社会、环境、躯体、综合评分均升高,且观察组的心理、社会、环境、躯体、综合评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论对不孕症患者实施辅助生殖专科护理可提高其疾病知识掌握度及自我效能感,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of assisted reproductive specialist nursing on disease knowledge mastery and self efficacy in patients with infertility.Methods 150 cases of patients with infertility admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received assisted reproductive specialist nursing.The mastery degree of disease knowledge after nursing,and the self efficacy and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the mastery degree of disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the GSES scores of the two groups increased,and the GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychology,society,environment,body and synthesis in the two groups increased,and the scores of psychology,society,environment,body and synthesis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Assisted reproductive specialist nursing for infertility patients can improve the mastery degree of disease knowledge,self efficacy and quality of life.
