浅谈含硅有机物对RTO的影响及应对措施 被引量:3

摘要 文章介绍了RTO(蓄热式热力焚化炉)废气治理技术与含硅有机物及其RTO氧化产物。分析了氧化硅堵塞RTO的蓄热陶瓷体时可能造成的影响。对于含硅有机物不建议直接采用RTO废气治理系统进行处理,若已经采用RTO废气治理设备处理含硅有机物,则需采用抗氧化硅蓄热陶瓷替换普通型蓄热陶瓷,同时对RTO蓄热陶瓷区的装填方式进行合理的调整,以达到延长更换或清洗蓄热陶瓷周期的目的,可有效降低运行维护成本及企业停产的损失。 This paper introduces a waste gas treatment technology,RTO,as well as silicon-containing VOCs and their RTO oxidation products.This paper analyzes the influence of silicon oxide that blocks the regenerative ceramics of RTO.RTO waste gas treatment system is not recommended for silicon-containing VOCs.If RTO has been used to treat silicon-containing VOCs,it is necessary to replace ordinary regenerative ceramics with oxidation-resisting silicon regenerative ceramics.At the same time,the filling mode of RTO regenerative ceramics area should be adjusted reasonably so as to prolong the cycle of replacing or cleaning regenerative ceramics and effectively reduce the operating and maintenance costs of enterprises and the loss of shutdown.
