中西医结合药物治疗溃疡性结肠炎脾胃虚弱型的临床对比观察

Clinical comparison of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for spleen and stomach weakness

目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎脾胃虚弱型患者接受中西医结合药物治疗的效果。方法选取2018年1~12月新疆医科大学附属哈密市中心医院中医外科溃疡性结肠炎脾胃虚弱型患者100例,以双盲法,随机分组,对照组以常规西药治疗,实验组以中西医结合药物治疗,分析两组溃疡性结肠炎脾胃虚弱型患者治疗的结果。结果实验组的总有效率(98.00%)明显较对照组总有效率(84.00%)高,P <0.05;两组治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,其中实验组治疗后的中医证候积分低于对照组;两组治疗后生活质量评分均高于治疗前,实验组治疗后生活质量评分均高于对照组,P <0.05。结论溃疡性结肠炎脾胃虚弱型患者接受中西医结合药物治疗,能够更好改善患者的疾病症状,获得较好的效果。

Objective To explore the effect on ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for spleen and stomach weakness. Methods 100 patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen and stomach weakness type were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by double blind method from January 2018 to December 2018. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the experimental group with integrated Chinese and western medicine. The treatment results of two groups of patients with ulcerative colitis were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(98.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%), P < 0.05. The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, among them, the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for spleen and stomach weakness can better improve the symptoms of patients and achieve better results.
