美罗培南临床加强药学干预的效果研究

Effects of pharmaceutical intervention on clinical application of meropenem

目的探讨美罗培南药物临床加强药学干预的效果。方法对2018年3月~2019年3月我院实施药学干预前后美罗培南药物的使用情况进行回顾性分析,比较干预前后美罗培南药物的使用量、使用频率、不合理用药率和微生物送检率。结果实施药学干预后,美罗培南药物的临床使用量呈现降低的趋势,从药学干预前的4890支降低至药学干预后的4020支,药学干预前后美罗培南药物的临床使用量比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);相比于实施药学干预前,经药学干预后,呼吸内科和脑外科的美罗培南药物使用频率下降,干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);经比较干预前后的美罗培南药物不合理用药率,经药学干预后的不合理用药率显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实施药学干预后,微生物送检率高于药学干预前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床上加强美罗培南药物的药学干预可获得较好效果,可提高药物的合理利用率,抑制耐美罗培南细菌增长,从而提高临床用药的安全性和有效性。

Objective To analyze the effects of pharmaceutical intervention on clinical application of meropenem. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the use of meropenem drug before and after the pharmaceutical intervention in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019. The amount of meropenem drug used, the frequency of use, the rate of irrational drug use, and the microbial check-up were compared before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the clinical use amount of meropenem decreased from 4890 injections before intervention to 4020 after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with before intervention, the use frequency of meropenem in the department of respiratory medicine and brain surgery decreased after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The irrational use rate of meropenem after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The rate of microbiological examination after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The pharmaceutical intervention on clinical application of meropenem can achieve better results, increase the rational drug use rate, and inhibit the growth of meropenemresistant bacteria, thus improving the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.
