经阴道联合经腹超声诊断疑似异位妊娠的应用效果及准确性评价

Evaluation of application effect and accuracy of transvaginal combined with transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of suspected ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨对疑似异位妊娠患者采取经阴道+经腹超声联合诊断的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2019年1月我院所接收的88例疑似异位妊娠患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各为44例对照组和44例实验组。对照组仅采取经腹超声检查的方式,实验组采取经腹+经阴道联合检查的方式,比较两组患者的阳性检出率以及有关特征的检出率。结果实验组患者的阳性检出率42例(95.45%),对照组为35例(79.55%),实验组患者检出率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组患者假孕囊、附件包块以及卵黄囊等特征的检出率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对疑似异位妊娠患者采取经阴道+经腹超声联合检查的方式,阳性检出率较高,能够为患者的后续治疗提供可靠的治疗依据。

Objective To investigate the application effect of combined transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis in patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy. Methods 88 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the digital random table method,with 44 cases in the control group and the experimental group,respectively.The control group only received transabdominal ultrasound examination,and the experimental group received transabdominal+transvaginal combined examination.The positive detection rate and the detection rate of related features were compared between the two groups. Results The positive detection rate was 42(95.45%)in the experimental group and 35(79.55%)in the control group.The detection rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The detection rates of the pseudopregnancy sac,accessory mass,and yolk sac were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound in patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy has a high positive detection rate,which can provide reliable treatment basis for subsequent treatment of patients.
